THE KOSHER DIFFERENCE

Kosher is more than just a blessing, especially when it comes to meat. Only animals that chew their cud and have split hooves are deemed kosher. Furthermore, only the front half of the cow is used (it's leaner and cleaner). Beef is soaked and salted to remove excess blood & bacteria. The entire process is supervised by Rabbi's to ensure only flawless beef passes as kosher.

COWS

Tomer Kosher cattle all come from the Midwestern United States and graze on green pastures for 95% of their lives. Rabbi's certify an average of 60% of cattle kosher (based on the health of the cow), compared to what's approved by the USDA.

CLEANLINESS

All meat cutting tools and surfaces are reserved for kosher processing only. All machinery is sterilized beyond HACCP protocol & all cleaners are made with kosher-approved ingredients.

CASING

Most snack sticks use an artificial collagen or pork casings. Due to kosher requirements, Tomer Kosher Beef Sticks are made with an all-natural beef casing that makes for a soft, beefy bite without any aftertaste.
